Renewal notices were sent out by January 20, 2010.
The deadline for renewal is March 31, 2010.
All licenses expire March 31 of each year and are considered lapsed after May 31 each year. It is the licensee’s responsibility to notify the Board of changes in contact information. Late fees are not waived for those who do not receive a renewal notice.
