Individuals failing to renew will be notified and be given an opportunity to renew their licenses with an additional late fee. A renewal application received after the postmarked date of March 31st will be assessed the late fee. Licenses not renewed by May 31st will lapse, requiring reinstatement. Applications will not be processed until all required fees are paid.
