Reactivation or Reinstatement of a License

  • If you previously submitted a request to go “Inactive” and wish to reactivate your license, you must follow the Reactivation process by logging into the NCBDN Gateway, clicking on your existing license, and then selecting the appropriate choice under your “Options.”
  • If you previously “Relinquished” your license, and wish to “Reinstate” your license, please login to the NCBDN Gatewayclick on your existing license, and then select the appropriate choice under your “Options.” 
  • If you are "Lapsed" please register and then login to the NCBDN Gatewayclick on your existing license, and then select the appropriate choice under your “Options.” 

If you are unsure of your current status, use the License Verification menu above, and click on “Online License Verification” to look up your current status using as little as your first or last name. If you have specific questions, please contact the Board office at info@ncbdn.org or 919-388-1931.
